Join Orange will merge with T-Mobile

According to foreign media reports, Orange and T-Mobile has and United Kingdom's smallest mobile operator 3 signed an agreement to allow the latter to use more than 3 000 base station towers.

This will provide the EU approval of Orange and the merger of the United Kingdom business T-Mobile cleared away obstacles. The merged company will become the United Kingdom's largest mobile operator.

Orange and T-Mobile also said the merge will give them more users and is committed to expanding network coverage, provide better network quality and improve customer service.

The entire merger and business consolidation will spend 6 to 8 billion pounds, will consist of Orange the incumbent Chief Executive Tom Alexander leadership, the United Kingdom company boss T-Mobile Richard Moat as chief operating officer.
