Panasonic next push brand Android smart phone

According to foreign media reports, Panasonic announced Tuesday, will launch early next year in Japan brand smart phones, and 2012 will be launched in other countries in the world.

Panasonic smartphones will take on the Google Android operating system, designed to challenge Apple iPhone and the Samsung Galaxy S.

Panasonic recognized that enter the Smartphone market time too late, but want to personalize features to enhance market competitiveness, such as networking with other Panasonic products.

Matsushita Osamu Waki, General Manager of mobile, said: "we did not predict the smart phone market in Japan, but the pace of development of this market is rapidly shifting to the Android system, we would like to seize this trend.

Panasonic is expected by 2015 their overall mobile phone sales will reach 15 million.

In March of this fiscal year, Panasonic is expected in Japan market of mobile phone sales will reach 540 000 to 550 million. In 2006, Panasonic announced the exit of overseas mobile phone market.

Panasonic competitors Sharpe Monday announced that within the next 2 years to 3 years, the program won the Japan cell phone market share of 30%.
