3G outdated! LG Launches 3.9G modem

Tompda message, LG has recently demonstrated based on LTE-technology wireless modem.

This product is based on 3.9G global standards using the USB interface, the main commercial areas should be. LTE USB modem can be connected to a compact appearance, laptop computers, data transfer rate up to 100MB per second, far higher than current 3 g network.

About LTE:

LTE (Long Term Evolution, long term evolution) project is an evolution of 3 g, from 2004 3GPP meetings of Toronto.

LTE is a widespread misconception 4 g technology, but rather 3G and 4G technology a transition between is 3.9G global standards, it improves and enhances 3 g air access technology, using OFDM and MIMO Wireless network evolution as the sole criterion. In the lower spectrum bandwidth 20MHz provides 326Mbit/s downlink and uplink 86Mbit/s peak rate. Improved community edge user performance, enhance community capacity and reducing system latency.
